Real Madrid vs Espanyol
La Liga
Santiago Bernabéu
Los Blancos registered an impressive 4-0 win at home against Espanyol to win their 35th LaLiga title. The contest was more closely fought than what the scoresheet suggests. However, the visitors were dreadful in the final third.
A brace from Rodrygo and second half goals from Asensio and Benzema did the job for the Madridistas.
Following the result, Espanyol are now in 14th position. The title triumph made Ancelotti the first manager to win all of the top five league titles in Europe.
