PSG May Sell All Players Besides Messi and the “Big Five”
According to L’Equipe, almost all “expendable” Paris Saint-Germain players, including new inbound ones, are potentially sellable to other clubs now.
Paris Saint-Germain just have 19 days left to reach an €180M target by the end of the summer transfer window.
So, because they are open to any incoming offers for any PSG player, many could part ways with the club.
This list of players in danger does not include Lionel Messi, of course.
And the so-called big five, namely, Neymar, Kylian Mbappe, Angel Di Maria, Marquinhos and Marco Veratti, are also exempt here.
However, this danger of transfer does applies to the players who have just arrived at Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
Of these, Thilo Kehrer is the only player who’s been shown concrete interest so far in moving to another club. Indeed, Bayer Leverkusen have already come forward, reportedly, with a bid worth €20m for the defender.
But all other new signings, besides Messi, though they may not wish it, may be up for sale or loan-moves.
This even includes former Real Madrid defender and captain Sergio Ramos. Speaking of Ramos, things are not looking very good for him on the injury front too.
PSG Newbie Sergio Ramos Is Still Unavailable
Sergio Ramos joined PSG from Real Madrid as a free agent earlier this summer.
However, now, just months later, PSG newcomer Sergio Ramos continues his recovery.
According to Le Parisien, while the PSG defender has been in individual recovery lately, treatments have resolved his calf problem.
Even if things go well, he can only return to playing in competitions for PSG after the international break.
In other words, the Spaniard will be unavailable up to September 12th.
Based on this, we believe Ramos is very likely to make his debut at the Parc des Princes against Clermont.
