Barcelona winger Francisco Trincao has reportedly emerged as Leicester City’s surprise transfer target.
The report claims the Foxes are willing to commit to a £45m deal, provided they can sign Trincao on a two-year loan at first.
Also, Barcelona is likely to consider a sale only if the likes of Philippe Coutinho or Ousmane Dembele cannot be released.
The 20-year-old has spent the rest of the campaign in Portugal and is now due to feature in next season’s first-team squad in Barcelona.
In January, Barcelona had announced that they would agree to sign the Braga prospect in a deal worth €31 million (£27.99 million).
According to, however, Leicester has offered the Catalan giants a chance to make a quick profit on the attacker.
