Barcelona right-back Nelson Semedo violated the current coronavirus policy both in terms of general law and regulation and the laws of LaLiga, Cuatro reports.
The source for the news firm had access to photographs of a party in Castelldefels attended by the Portugal International, along with more than 20 participants. All guests can be seen without masks and ignoring social distancing norms.
Barça sources told EFE that the player joined the party “without the knowledge” of the club and that they will “internally” deal with the irresponsible actions.
In addition to the Spanish government imposing a lockdown, La Liga recommends that players take no risks and restrict their social contact to those they live with. So, Semedo violated both these mandates by going to the party.
