On Thursday, Milan captain Alessio Romagnoli played his 200th game for the Rossoneri- ‘I’m planning to do the next 200 in less time.’
He said for the official website: “I hope to do the next 200 in a shorter amount of time, with some extra European matches.”
The 25-year-old arrived in August 2015 from Roma for €25m and his new contract with the Rossoneri ends in June 2022.
His 200th match was played against Sampdoria in Serie A this weekend.
But the injury of Simon Kjaer in the match against Celtic forced Romagnoli to step in during the Europa League 4-2 victory.
