Hans-Dieter Flick could leave his post as head coach at Bayern.
There are several reasons for this.
Firstly, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is Flick’s main supporter at the club.
It is Rummenigge with whom the coach is in constant contact to resolve any issues.
But he is stepping down as chairman of the Bayern board at the end of this year.
Flick thus wonders how his working conditions at Bayern will change following Rummenigge’s departure.
Secondly, Flik has strained relationship with Bayern’s sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic.
The coaching staff are unhappy with the club’s transfer campaign and believe the squad is weaker than last season.
Salihamidzic, on the other hand, believes that the coach’s job is to work with the new players so that they reach the level required by Bayern.
And it is important for Flick to feel the full support of the club, which could be a problem for Bayern.
Thus, while the German’s current contract with the club expires in 2023, there is no guarantee that Flick will continue to work with Bayern, claims Bayern&Germany.

As well as the treble, he won the European Super Cup and the German Super Cup in the autumn.
