Alex Collado has agreed on a two-year contract extension. So, he’ll stay with Barcelona as the captain of the club’s B team.
He has made 77 appearances for the B team, and scored 16 goals. He will be looking to break into Ronald Koeman’s plans.
When Ernesto Valverde was in charge, Collado made his first-team debut against Celta Vigo in 2019.
The 21-year-old leads Barca’s B team after joining the prestigious La Masia youth system as an under-10.
Now, Collado has agreed on a two-year contract extension, extending his stay until June 2023.
Barca exercised a two-year extension in Collado’s contract and retained the defensive midfielder at Camp Nou, the club confirmed.
