New Barcelona forward Martin Braithwaite defined Lionel Messi as a “inspiration”
“It changes a lot, of course,” Braithwaite said to Goal, when asked about his opinion of Messi, now that he’s playing alongside him.
Within his first few months at Camp Nou, Braithwaite has learnt the value of the football legend as captain of the team:
“He gives so much trust to the team, because he can change things, and he also helped me personally to be a better player with his guidance and how he sees football.”
