According to Sky Sport, central defender Dayot Upamecano will extend his contract with RB Leipzig for one year till 2022.
He has decided to extend his current contract over transferring to FC Bayern this summer. The 21-year-old is convinced that he can take the next development steps at RB and it’s too early to speak about changes.
A transfer to another top club has also been settled for the time being. As sources reports, the new contract in Leipzig has already been fully negotiated and should contain an exit clause for summer 2021.
