Paris Saint-Germain wants to buy Mauro Icardi off Inter, and are willing to exchange two of their own players for a chance to acquire him.
The era of post coronavirus will make things creative when it comes to signing. PSG are seeking a way to reduce the cost of permanently signing Mauro Icardi for the season 2020-21.
According to L’Équipe, instead of paying Inter 70 million euros for Icardi, PSG are going to pay less and offer them Julian Draxler and Leandro Paredes.
The Parisians are prepared to put these two highly esteemed players on the table for Icardi. Draxler cost them 36 million euro and it’s possibly true he didn’t meet expectations. Meanwhile Paredes, a regular in midfield, was priced at 40 million.
After a stunning start (20 goals) by Icardi, it looked certain PSG would buy him permanently.
Then, Cavani recovered from his injury and again became important to PSG. Finally, as a result of the departure of the Uruguayan, it seems as though PSG will again push for the striker, who is still an Inter player.
