Barcelona is reportedly open to letting Ousmane Dembele go on loan in the next transfer window.
Reports in Spain say that Juventus may have an interest in Dembele, a possibility that plays into the favour of Barca as they are looking to sign Miralem Pjanic.
Both Manchester United and Arsenal are also currently monitoring Dembele’s situation.
Club officials are now able, and willing, to part with France international on a temporary basis in a bid to reduce their wage bill, according to the Daily Mail.
Due to their financial outlay on the winger in 2017, Barca still prefers to cash in on the 23-year-old, who struggled at Camp Nou during his time.
However, the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic mean that no clubs will be able to pay anywhere near the €105 m fee that the Catalan giants paid three years ago to Borussia Dortmund.
So, loaning him to another club is their sanest option.
