Reportedly, Manchester United has agreed to a £62m deal with Lyon for striker Moussa Dembele.
Todofichajes, in fact, claims that Lyon has accepted a £61.8 m bid, and the striker is preparing to move to Old Trafford ahead of the summer transfer window.
Before the season was cancelled amid the coronavirus pandemic, the Frenchman enjoyed a stellar campaign with the Lions. Dembele scored 16 times in 27 league matches for Lyon. Dembele has chalked up 42 goals for Lyon in 88 appearances since coming from Celtic in 2018.
Although Lyon has previously insisted that Dembele will not be sold, their failure to secure next season’s European football means they ‘re supposedly ready to cash in on the 23-year-old.
Chelsea was also strongly linked to a swoop for the former Celtic man, but for Dembele’s signature, United is now understood to have won the race.
