As Premier League teams considers all possibilities for returning to training grounds under the Project Restart plan, Manchester United has called back all its players, especially those out of the country, to prepare for training to restart soon.
The Premier League is planning to restart the new initiative in June, likely in neutral locations behind closed doors, but the government also needs to accept the plans.
Training under Project Restart being set to resume so sonn as later this month has contributed to questions being raised by four Premier League club doctors.
United have yet to fix a date when Solskjaer’s side work at their Carrington base will restart. Manchester United however has already requested players who stayed overseas during the coronavirus epidemic to return to the UK, states Sky Sports.
Bruno Fernandes, Fred, Victor Lindelof and Romero were among the players permitted to leave England following discussion with the club in March.
United are fifth on the table in the Premier League, three points behind fourth-placed Chelsea, with nine games left.
Several other Premier League teams returned last month to socially distant preparation as well. Many waiting for the next review of the government’s lockout restriction, expected on May 10.
