Manchester United will target Bayern Munich player Coman if they can’t reach a compromise with the Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.
Coman remains one of the most exciting players across Europe due to his impressive speed and strength on the wing.
And a deal for Coman may not be out of reach for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side considering the Allianz Arena competition for places on the wing.
Leroy Sane’s £55 m move from City, and the impressive rise of former Arsenal player Serge Gnabry in Munich ensure that Coman will have a better chance of securing a place in the starting XI.
Coman would add to the Red Devils another interesting dimension, linking up with Martial, Rashford, Greenwood and Co, Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba.
He would provide the creativity behind them. United supporters would certainly be in for a hell of a ride.
So, if he fails in his offer with Bayern, Coman can search for regular first-team football somewhere.
United have been in close pursuit of Sancho for quite some time but appeared to back out of the contract on Tuesday to sign him, reports.
With Dortmund requesting £108million for the services of the 20-year-old, the two parties are well apart with their valuations.
