Loris Karius, goalkeeper of Liverpool, claims “it doesn’t make sense” to leave the club and instead hopes that he’ll have a chance to impress in the next season.
According to Transfermarkt, Karius, who has two years left over on his current contract, said: “There’s no point saying I’m leaving Liverpool for a worse club and I’m just number two there. I’m not in a situation of pressure at all, I don’t have to change-as England’s second goalkeeper you know you are getting chances.”
“At the moment, I am at the best club in the world, competing for titles, and every day I have the highest level in training around me. I’m well aware I’m in a good position to be in Liverpool. I’ve got excellent conditions there.
“I’ll have to play if I really change clubs.”
