From Madrid to Madrid- Real Madrid playmaker James Rodriguez is reportedly willing to secure a move to Atletico Madrid.
Failing to make an impression at Bernabeu this season, Rodriguez will be able to leave Los Blancos of Real Madrid during the next window. The report suggests that the 28-year-old is prepared to force a move to Real’s city rivals rather than entertain other clubs.
So, although a number of teams have been linked to Colombia’s international signature, El Universal argues that Atletico is his preferred choice.
Rodriguez has been on his contract for just over a year, putting Real in a position where they’re going to want to cash in on his signature. Real is reportedly prepared to accept €25 m (£21.77 m).
