According to Owen Hargreaves, Leroy Sane would leave Manchester City only if other clubs offered more than what he already gets at City, which is hard to do.
“With Leroy Sane at Man City, if he leaves, he’s probably going to have only four teams. Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus and Bayern Munich are the only teams that can offer something compared to what he’s got at City,” the BT Sport pundit told Goal.
Bayern Munich is one of only four teams that would deliver Leroy Sane anything similar to what is already provided at Manchester City.
Yet Hargreaves, who supported both Bayern yet City throughout his playing days, thinks it would be impossible for any German star to avoid the chance to play for Bayern:
“To any top German team, Bavaria is still on the radar when you battle to championships, competitions and champions leagues.”
Germany’s international Sane has emerged as the top transfer priority for Bayern this season, with the Bavarians spending the majority of a year pursuing the winger.
