Al-Hilal Riyadh forward Sebastian Giovinco has been linked to his return to Italy and Serie B leader Benevento.
Journalist Nicolò Schira believes that Benevento is trying to get him back to Serie A, as Streghe currently sits 20 points at the top of Serie B. So, the forward may actually return to Italy after a season and a half in the Saudi Professional League.
The report points out that they are to be designed for their return to the top flight, and President Oreste Vigorito is said to be able to give him a contract until 2023.
The former Juventus and Parma player transferred to Saudi Arabia in January 2019, having spent four years with Toronto FC in the MLS.
