In the first match of the 30th round of the German football championship of Bundesliga, Freiburg defeated Borussia Moenchengladbach at home.
They won 1-0 (0-0). A goal worth three points was scored by Nils Petersen in the 58th minute.
Freiburg is eighth on the Bundesliga charts with 41 points, one less than the sixth Wolfsburg and the seventh Hoffenheim.
Meanwhile, Borussia is fourth with 56 points, as much as Bayer Leverkusen (fifth on the table) has. RB Leipzig is in third position with just two more points.
Bayern is leading with 67 points, seven more than Borussia Dortmund, who are second.
