Ousmane Dembele returned to Barcelona training after sustaining a muscle injury in his right thigh.
Dembele has already begun his rehab from a long-term injury. This despite the fact that 22-year-old was expected to be out for at least two months, and he had experienced a new long-term setback when he returned to his first-team training in February.
The France International – who has endured injuries since moving to Camp Nou in the summer of 2017 – has not played since November when he was wounded by the former team of Borussia Dortmund.
Subsequently, the Catalan club announced that he will be out of action for the next six months with a hamstring injury following surgery. Dembele played just three full matches for the Spanish champions this season anyway as he had to sit down earlier in the campaign due to a separate thigh injury.
However, Diario Sport reports that he is now back to using the club’s training facilities as his rehabilitation continues.
