Juventus veteran Giorgio Chiellini reveals he wants to review his future after next season while the defender claims he intends to pursue his professional career.
“I’d like to stay in football for another year after that, because it’s my career. I’d prefer a management position over [being] a coach, but in life you never know,” the defender said on Instagram.
Chiellini, who suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in August, has been kept out of almost all Juve matches this season. Having returned to fitness just before the coronavirus outbreak, however, Chiellini says he believes he has plenty left to give as a player.
“I will see how I feel next year. I will be playing for another year, then let’s see,” he continued.
