Frank Lampard’s side is not prepared to listen to offers for Jorginho and N’Golo Kante during this summer’s transfer window.
Both players were linked to moves away from Stamford Bridge ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
However, according to ESPN, Chelsea is said to be ‘resisting any offers’ for either player this summer.
The report adds that Chelsea ‘wants to be active’ in the upcoming market despite the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak, which has stopped most football in the world.
Any new players were not allowed to join the club last summer due to a transfer ban, but the London outfit was free to do business in January after their suspension was reduced on appeal.
Juventus is said to be interested in bringing Jorginho back to Italy, while Real Madrid and Barcelona are believed to be admirers of Kante. Nonetheless, for now, the two players remain with Chelsea.
