Casemiro has been on his contract with the Spanish giants for just over three years. And according to latest reports, Real Madrid currently has no plans to replace Casemiro in the near future as well.
The 28-year-old has made 34 appearances in all levels this season, contributing four goals and three assists.
Notwithstanding Casemiro’s continued regularity in the Los Blancos, there has been considerable talk regarding possible new arrivals.
Over the last 12 months, it has been said that club officials are interested in Paul Pogba, Eduardo Camavinga and Donny van de Beek.
However, Marca says that none of the trio is considered to be a backup for the Brazilian, who is supposed to hold his place in the center of the pitch.
