Bruno Fernandes is in intensive training with teammate Diogo Dalot, ahead of Manchester United’s planned return to action next month.
The company even posted a video showing Fernandes practising penalties and free kicks on all social media, including Twitter, while also participating in a few passing drills.
The Portuguese midfielder was already a revelation in his very first three months after joining Sporting Lisbon in January.
Only, the coronavirus pandemic then brought the campaign to a halt. Fernandes scored and set up six goals for United in nine appearances before the three-month hiatus.
For the first time since March last week, Fernandes returned to small group training with Premier League chiefs targeting a restart in mid-to-late June.
However, the 25-year-old also took part in private sessions with RH Elite Coaching in Manchester, in a bid to reach peak fitness in time for the big return.
