Bayern Munich will only be able to retain winger Ivan Perisic if Inter reduces their offer, as the two clubs decided on last summer were considered too costly by the Bundesliga giants.
However, Bayern is reportedly not willing to pay the € 20 m needed to sign a permanent agreement with the Inter loanee this summer.
Perisic, capped 88 times by Croatia and member of the national side of the 2018 World Cup Final, scored four times and added five assists to his 15 Bundesliga matches this term.
He recovered from the injury during the quarantine period and will be at the disposal of coach Hansi Flick as Bayern returns to action against Union Berlin on Sunday.
Journalist Nicolò Schira reported that Die Roten had agreed not to trigger the clause in their agreement with Nerazzurri and would discuss a price tag for the Croatian export.
