According to AS, Arsenal has recently been credited with an interest in Valencia player Rodrigo Moreno. The former Spanish champions regard the attacker highly, putting a figure of €60 m (£52.5 m) on his shoulders.
If these claims are to be believed, the Gunners are currently contacting Valencia to explore a possible move during this summer’s transfer window. As such, Arsenal appears to be planning for life after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, as the Gabon International continues to be linked to a move away from the Emirate Stadium.
Spain has previous experience in Premier League football, representing Bolton Wanderers on loan during the 2010-11 season, making 21 appearances for the club.
Rodrigo’s new contract at the Mestalla has just two years left to run. Valencia is thus said to have a versatile attacker, Rodrigo Moreno, worth €60 m (£52.5 m).
The 29-year-old, who scored five times and gave 11 assists in 28 appearances for Los Che this season, was previously affiliated with both Barcelona and Real Madrid.
